Ashley Stacey Drops New Single: ‘Do You Feel’

From South East London, upcoming artist Ashley Stacey has just dropped his newest single “Do You Feel” an upbeat, jazzy tune.

Stacey is on the softer side of the indie rock scene, having something of an alt-pop feel to his music as well. It’s a very catchy song and I really enjoyed the main guitar melodies – the vocals suit the style of the track well.

After his debut album “The Sun Still Shines on You” Stacey received lovely feedback and has since released this amazing track.

Alongside Stacey is his band “Ashley Stacey & The Morning Sun” who come together to vividly paint beautiful lyricism, admirable chorus, and animated melodies.

The song is loaded with groovy vibey guitars, clever intricate drums and vocals full of personality. I really enjoyed listening to this song over the last week, every time I listen my opinion evolves. Initial thoughts were of an Oasis-esque feel with some Arctic Monkeys in the vocals. I’ve gone on to hear some jazziness to the drums and please note that epic keyboard bits give an extra edge of cool to the track.

Inspired by greats like The Beatles and The Kinks Stacey and his gang have sold out countless times as they show everyone what they’ve got. I have to point out that this song gives massive pop vibes. And as a person who stays very clear of that genre in general, I actually found myself enjoying this tune. With the spunky guiatar bits and fast keybordist, it doesnt feel like the same-old pop songs that loop through the radio.

Overall, I’m very glad to have heard from Stacye! Click here to check out “Do You Feel” here.
